Every season, though I buy several new pairs of shoes, I always end up wearing one pair most of the time. For summer, it's been a pair of super high platform wedges that are a little dressy with their details, but can go casual. (Sorry, Victoria!)

So far, they've gone out at night with (here it comes, the dreaded word) babydoll dresses because they silvery metallic strappiness and sparkly beads on the cork are dressy enough; and they've gone out under a pair of jeans for lunch and shopping. They just hide under a wide bottom pair of jeans.

The best part of them, though is that because they're so high, I love how tall I feel in them, and since they're platform, I feel tall without having to be too lurched forward on the balls of my feet. ($112 at flipfloptrunkshow)
