Nissan and Ecko shift into high gear
Who thought that shoes and cars could share style elements? Nissan and ecko unltd. did. The two companies, both style gurus in their respective industries, have done more than merely "mash" together, according to Marc Ecko -- they took style you'd see in the sneaker world and elevated it to the level of the automobile for an effect "cooler than what other auto makers might do." Called shift_unltd., the products are two vehicles and a number of accessories and apparel.
On Nissan's end, the Pathfinder is pimped out with black-on-gray camouflage paint, orange accents, a new grille, and orange and wood accents in the interior. The Armada hosts a white and orange paint scheme, huge wheels, whitewalled tires and a cream and tan interior.
Images of the clothes haven't been released yet (except for what looks like a Jolly Roger broach and leather attache case), but we'll keep you posted. The vehicles and their matching clothes and accessories will go on sale in early October.
