I have always found the draping of cowl necks to be sexy, somewhat slimming, and of course, comfortable. Without any accessories, the dress is easily a daytime dress (but really, who doesn't wear accessories?!?!), but with a few sparkly things added, the dress can go straight to the cocktail hour. I mean, that neckline is just screaming for a necklace!
