Shunned first by projects, then by Louis Vuitton, it looks like Miss Lohan has finally weaseled her way into someone's favor. The teen actress (is she really a teen anymore?) has been chosen to be the face of Miu Miu's ad campaign for Spring 2007. What on earth could Miu Miu have been thinking? Who knows, maybe Lindsay is giving them a bargain.
