Bono's clothing company fails, already
Filed under: CELEBRITY STYLE, Celebrity, News
U2's Bono announced this week in a press conference that Edun, the clothing company he and his wife launched last year, will be closing. The failure definitely wasn't due to lack of publicity, with celebrities like Lindsy Lohan, Kate Bosworth, Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams taking part in Edun's One campaign. Maybe the fact that Bono said that Edun's clothes were for the fashion-impaired had something to do with the company's failure. (Does anyone really want to admit that?) Sales were so poor that keeping the company open just didn't make sense anymore.
"Edun clothes sold so poorly that we were increasing Third World debt by having them manufactured in the Third World," said Bono. Ouch!

So, Bono isn't perfect after all? It's OK, Mr. Bono...if you want to get back to the top of your game, just invent a really neat and crunchy breakfast cereal that won't give you diabetes, rot your teeth out or make you want to run your car into your neighbor's driveway. Finally, you would be doing some real good in this world.

I really don't like Bono. His music was good until he opend his mouth about politics. Seriously who makes the military look like morons. They risk their lives for us and thoes idiots makes a video with greenday, showing that military planes are dropping food crates into the flood that was left behind by Katrina. They are idiots.

the problem with bono , is that he and CHER should have stayed together,I thought that they were great singers together , but when they went solo ,it just did not sound as good .

Reply to Benjamin. Keep up with your people. Bono is NOT the one who was married to Cher. Wrong singer!!! He died back in the 90s when he skied into a tree.
