You can spend lots of money and have all the right clothes, but no matter what you do, some people always seem to be a step ahead. They're desirable, they're sought after -- they have "it." According to a recent survey by AskMen.com, the number one "it" girl is Beyoncé Knowles.

Knowles was recently ranked by 8.5 million voters as the world's "most alluring" female celebrity, higher than sexy stars like Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Alba, and Angelina Jolie.

But, supposedly, it's about more than just looks. Voters were instructed to consider other qualities, such as "intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition."
