Earlier this fall, politicians, policemen and heads of state from various countries around the world pointed their finger at an unlikely scapegoat: Kate Moss. Kate was accused of a number of social ills, from fueling drug trafficking in Colombia to fostering violent crime and guns in London. And just when Kate started to think that she was no longer Public Enemy #1, she's back in the headlines again. This time, a Scottish government minister has criticized the supermodel for projecting an image of smoking as a "cool" habit. The official suggested that Moss's "blasé" and "uncaring" attitude about smoking encourages young people to smoke in spite of the dangers of cigarettes.
