Before Target rolled out its GO International line, one of the retailer's major labels was Mossimo. In light of the big name designers like Proenza Schouler and Paul & Joe, Mossimo has been somewhat short-changed in fashion circles. Granted, not all of Mossimo's line is worth mentioning (parachute pants and unflattering t-shirts), but I'm nonetheless quite fond of its shoe styles. In particular, I am loving these Dixie Banded Peep Toe flats, which sell for $19.99. Chic and comfortable, the Dixie flat is a cross between strappy heels and summer sandals. In black with patent leather accents, these would be the perfect shoes to wear to an outdoor summer concert when you want the laid-back look of sandals and the comfort of flats.
