Isn't it baffling when celebrities fail to realize how good they have it? Take Angelina Jolie belly-ached a blue streak about having to wear St. John's to the Golden Globes, or Sienna Miller who decided to breach her lucrative denim contract with Pepe by wearing a pair of LoFli jeans.

Hollywood's latest ingrate is Charlize Theron. Theron is the currently the face of jeweler Raymond Weil. Weil filed a complaint last month, claiming that Theron was in breach of contract. As part of her sponsorship deal, Charlize had agreed to only wear Weil watches for the duration of her contract. But red carpet photographs suggest that the actress hasn't kept up her end of the bargain. Theron was spotted wearing both Christian Dior and Montblanc jewelery at award events this spring.

Onlookers say that it's counterproductive for Weil to take the battle to court, but I kind of think he's right in ask for financial compensation from Theron. I mean, seriously, if someone were going to pay you millions of dollars to only wear beautiful watches that you didn't even have to pay for, you'd do it, right?
