Blue-eyed Britney, yea or nay?

Yesterday I happened to catch this surprising post-rehab photograph of Britney Spears over at PopSugar. If you look closely, you'll see that Brit has up and pulled a Crystal Gale. You know, the whole "Don't you make my brown eyes blue," only instead of 'blue' meaning sad, she means 'blue' as in the color.

Many other celebrities use colored contacts, so Brit is by no means the only celeb to pull this sort of corneal color con. But unlike say, Paris Hilton, who has always worn blue contacts, these azure peepers seem strange, especially on a face that we've always associated with brown eyes. Although I can't say that Britney's are any faker than Paris's, they somehow feel less authentic. (Especially when you consider that she is also wearing a wig under that newsboy cap.)

What do you think? Are the blue eyes better or worse?

Of course they're fake...the article states that. I wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't pointed out. Who cares?

Lots of people play around with eye color. When colored contacts first became popular nearly everyone in my class had them even if they didn't need corrective lenses. So? They come in so many colors that it's like trying a new shade of lip gloss. Why is it a big deal?

What's the big deal. The entire country seems to change their hair color, get fake tans, false nails, breast inplants, colored contacts, for crying out loud give the woman a break. She still is a very talented person, let her work out her own problems without having to put up this kind of crap. Come on folks get with the program, take care of your own life and you won't have time to belittle other people. A great many people seem to have to much time on their hands. Glad I don't live next to you.....

Britney has not performed magic by shaving her hair or changing the color of her eyes! The real magic was performed by Wacko Jacko, who changed his skin color, paid for a plastic nose, masked his face like the comic book character, The Lone Ranger. Hi HO Wacko Jacko!!!!!

shes just doing all that shit to get attention but really, who cares if her eyes are a different color they look good on her. i mean if you take the time to check and see if she has changed her eye color then theirs really something wrong with you.

Britney is experimenting with her eye color, maybe because her baby son has blue eyes. I have blue eyes and they are my pick of any color I could have been born with. She will find her true colors soon inside and out with the right care and help.

Who cares if Brit has blue, green or orange eyes, she has a MAJOR problem, and sounds to me like she isn't at ALL happy with who she is, first the shaved head, now the eyes. Poor little rich girl. She needs a great role model and someone to help her through her problems. I wonder why her mother, father or someone else she trusts and loves hasn't come to her rescue and point her in the right direction??

She needs aloy of prayers, it trylu is sad when one so young and talented falls into such misery.

Another saga- she now looks like a dreadful little sister of Fergie from Black Eyed Peas. I feel like the world is watching this gal unravel - I don't get how these performers are making crap loads of money only to flush it down the toilet with drugs, booze and romps that cost a fortune. I bet her mother is just heartbroken, having babies at a tender age and above all with that GUY ? whatever happened to being with someone who is dedicated to you and ends all relations with the other mother of his child(ren) and you live fullfilled. WE are all specators and our own judgers no matter how you look at it we all judge some loudy, some secretly. This girl needs to settle herself down and take care of those babies they are the ones that will suffer the most. Britney is clearly not thinking very well and I am sure she thought if she had Federline's babies it would keep him and in todays world there is no such thing anymore a man will leave because guilt no longer exists in a mind. Women are technically left holding what they think they could love because the kid(s) are "his" and tied down for the next 18 yrs. even if she does not take care of the kids 24/7. A disaster zone ! I have no respect for these women that are druggies, alcoholics, and sex phene's whom leave their kids behind to go have "fun" because some man took away her fun by knocking her up for 9 months. As a mother I could never imagine doing such things ever, but let alone having children I leave behind to do "romping" the world has clearly changed to where this is acceptable, I love my kids and would never want them to be cared for by someone other than myself, no family (unless of course babysitting comes into play), no child services, no foster home...WAKE UP BRITNEY and the rest of the women that think this sort of behavior is awesome!
