One of the reasons I like to read the list of beauty or fragrance award lists is because, to be honest, I'm looking for validation of my own choices. Is that lip product I can't live without a hit for anybody else?

I pretty much struck out with the 2007 winners of the Cosmetic Executive Women Beauty Awards but it does give me a list of things I need to try such as the Dove Energy Glow Shimmering Lotion, the SK-II AirTouch Foundation and Sonia Kashuk's nifty perfume palette for Target. They also awarded a prize to Avon's Instant Manicure, those nail enamel strips that you press on and apply, a product that I think is a great idea but that I am far too clumsy to apply well.
