StyleFoul: Beyoncé is half knight, half robot

Beyoncé seems to be going through some sort of bizarre identity crisis. Not only is her lower body attempting to define itself a separate entity by experimenting with grandma legs, but at last week's BET Awards, B shamelessly flaunted her new robo-knight ways. The picture on the left is of Beyoncé on the red carpet wearing a fairly normal metallic dress with a not-so-normal metal belt, stripped straight from one of King Arthur's buddies. To the right is a photo of Beyoncé later in the evening, performing one of her songs as a half-naked C-3PO.
Actually, I normally wouldn't have paid much mind to Beyoncé's bizarre onstage get-up because, after all, performances often require rather dramatic make-up and costume. However, I was stunned to see that those tights weren't fashioned by Beyoncé's mother, like most of her costumes, but came off the runway! Shame on Balenciaga for luring Beyoncé to the dark side ... and by "dark," I mean "absurdly shiny."

Beyonce always dresses tacky! If she was white she would be called trash but critics cut her slack - possibly because they don't want to be accused of racism? Her outfits are awful...I have read her mother makes them! IF the papparazzi is unbiased why is no one making fun of her? It's weird! It is like it is illegal to "disr'spect" a beyonce. No journalistic integrity.

Personally, I think it's tasteless for one to slander somebody's taste in fashion. And if you do it for a living, get a life. The outfits remain to flatter her body and personally, I think the robot get-up is kinda catchy.

she's pretty and I like her a lot. The fact that she is only in her twenties and already thick, means that when she gets older and starts having children, she will be big like her mom. Her mom is not small framed and neither is she but what she has works for her.

First of all, her outfits our just for show. She is an entertainer. It is no different than 30 or 40 years ago when the performers would get on stage with there dazzling outfits. It is part of the entertainment buisness. And shame on you all for critisizing her. Do you know her personally. The insult that came from you Susan was tackier than her dresses could ever be. I would much rather walk out with Beyonces body and dresses then wear those tapered out of style ( I have a few kids so i have no fashion sence) old fart jeans and baggy sweater. When do you ever see Beyonce dressed in dresses like that when she is out with her Boyfriend at a basketball game. You don't. She is in her early twenties and it is rare to hear anything bad or negative in the tabloids about her.
If you want to critisize someone why dont you talk about the head of the MADD - Mothers agains drunk driving....and how she got pulled over for drinking and driving.

I think Beyonce looks hot in the metallic dress. it defines her body. the only thing is how is she able 2 sit in that belt?
I also think her in the robot outfit wen she was performing was so cool. It was very original. Who else do u c comin out lookind like a robot n still look hot!!!
Susan and Johnjon are a bunch of haters. they are jelous and obviously feel that they have 2 trash talk someone who looks beautiful 2 let them feel good.

Plenty of reviewers say Beyonce's clothes are tacky on the red carpet, which they very often are. It's very rare that I like anything she wears. And from what I hear, Kylie Minogue wore something like that a few years ago at the World Music Awards...

Its easier to hate than to put the time in by working out and rehearsing your dance moves so that you look like the professional that Beyonce is. When they start doing that (working out and rehearsing) the way that B does, then they can open up their mouths and release all the trash they want.
