Claw Money's summer sunglasses
Extremely bizarre sunglasses are fast becoming a fashionista staple. Perhaps we can blame Kanye West and R. Kelly for wearing crazy looking sunglasses in their music videos. Or could it be Hayden Panettiere, Lindsay Lohan and Mary Kate for rocking those fierce red sunglasses all over Hollywood? Whoever it is, wild sunglasses are here to stay this summer.Claw Money has a nice collection of candy colored sunglasses that have perfectly merged the 80's and 90's funkiness together into something acceptable to wear here in '07. These sunglasses are popping up all over the web, as well as fashion magazines like Elle; but at $345 its kind of a lot to spend on a fad (unless of course 'you got it like that').
Try Urban Outfitters for a knock off version, but be warned ... they aren't nearly as fierce looking as the Claw Money's and it's up to you to trust the UV protection of cheap sunglasses. Remember sunglasses don't just have to look good, they have to protect those peepers too.

Guess I'm not seeing those sunglasses as being so outrageous or different. They just look like ordinary sunglasses to me.

Those shades would look better if they had darker lenses.

If society has to look at R. Kelly to set fashion trends, then this world is in a sad state.
People, buy and wear what YOU like ! Don't listen to others that say that this or that is the new trend. Its you that makes the new trend.
For Y-O-U-R-S-E-L-F !

humm remember those "gag sunglasses" that are bigger than your head? These and all other large frame sunglasses remind me of those and makes anyone who wears them look like a complete idiot. these in particular look like the safety glasses i wore in woodshop class in seventh grade...

Looks like the aviator style of the 70's. I might even have an old pair of ski sunglasses in the back of a drawer.

I wouldn't not purchase these sunglasses. They look like you have to be a freak to wear this frame.

Huh. I thought that the young and trendy crowd DIDN'T want to look like 70 year old men. I guess I was wrong, because these glasses look like they belong in a nursing home.

Gawdy! I wouldn't be caught dead wearing these ugly things. $345.00?????? Nah, I'd rather wear $9.99 Walmart specials first. If I'm going to be looking through an RV windshield, I better be driving an RV!
