Beckhams rated "Most Overrated"

Radar magazine recently conducted a reader poll to determine the most overrated people, places and things. When the votes were tallied, the list was topped by none other than David and Victoria Beckham. Writer Mario Musto's explanation was simple: David is overpaid, while Victoria is a "worthless collection of body parts."

Other overrated "winners" in the Radar Top 100 included: cupcakes, Botox, Brad Pitt, blogging, Keira Knightley, pilates, Ronald Reagan, The Dalai Lama, Jake Gyllenhaal and 'Grey's Anatomy.'

My overrated list would have to include Cat Power, Jonathon Safron Foer, memory foam pillows, cowboy boots, 'Desperate Housewives' and designer Gareth Pugh.

Both of them are a complete waste of oxygen. Her boobs are WAY too big for her anorexic body. Poor woman, what a pathetic life she must lead; concerned about nothing but her looks. An empty shell.

It is impossible to overrate Mr. Ronald Reagan. His sincere efforts to cultivate patriotism and love of our beautiful country should never be forgotten. He was true unto himself.

Ronald Reagan was THE ultimate in overrated and overexposed people. The perfect front man for the morons that ran our country during that reign of high taxes. He never really did run the White House; Nancy and Arman Hammer did. Reagan had the mind of a 10 year old with a matching vocabulary. They called him "the great communicator" because NONE of his speeches contained words that anyone with at least a second grade education could understand. He was a simpleton president and the most useless one at that. Good riddance to the moron!

I absolutely agree, they are both horribly overrated, as are Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. As a teacher I would love for some people of worth, who actually contribute to society, to be put on the pedestal that these morons on are. They do not set a good example for young people, especially Posh. Her example for young women (big boobs, plastic surgery and anorexia are the way to go) are disgusting. Please, England, take them back!

Most every celebrated person or thing around today is overhyped to the point of retching excess, including Paris and Nicky Hilton, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, A-Rod, Desperate Housewives, Jennifer Hudson, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Beyonce Knowles, all rappers, Britney Spears, most rock stars, Oprah Winfrey, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the corporate media, Sienna Miller, designer clothes, Scarlett Johansson, dust mites, Obama Barack, Ivy League, plasma TV, Britney Spears, global warming, anorexia, World Series, Dreamgirls, Hannah Montana, Amy Winehouse, rehab, Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, NAFTA, the war in Iraq, online dating, Tiger Woods, Harry Potter and his creatrix, palm pilots, IPhones, the internet, American Idol, Tom Cruise, Britney Spears, etc, etc, ad nauseum in flagrante delicto

The Dalai Lama is an extraordinary man...anyone who has ever seen him or read his writings has no doubt about this whatsoever.

And yes...Reagan was as worthless as they come. Shannon, you are exactly right. And it seems that the morons in this world STILL celebrate him...after all, he was a moron himself, and he managed to become President through the manipulations of his handlers.

Oh, and FYI losers....I remember the Reagan Era well...it was a horrible time to be a college student, since Reagan and his cronies believed that only the rich deserved a decent education without massive debt. Student loans HAVE NEVER, EVER HAD AS HIGH OF AN INTEREST RATE as they did when Reagan was in office.
