Right off the bat I have to say that I HATE this -- if I'm going to wear a garter of any sort, it's going to have more silk or lace or overall hotness going on. But that's just me.

I suppose the Garter Tank could come in handy for those times when you're wearing a plain white tank with stockings ... it just seems to me like stockings and garters don't really go with a white tank. Am I nuts?
