Grunge is back -- or at least Adrian Grenier thinks it is. Adrian looked like he got some bad advice at Urban Outfitters (or maybe he's developing a drug problem) at the opening of Standard Operating Procedure. We know that Adrian cleans up nice sometimes for Entourage, but what's the deal when he's out in public. He needs to bring his wardrobe home with him -- and some grooming supplies.

The beard is really getting out of control and, in general, Adrian is starting to get that creepy rock star look about him. It's great that he does lots of charity appearances and promotes reducing his impact on the planet -- its just that he might be taking this whole hippie thing too seriously.

Adrian is in need of a style intervention and soon. He's got to lose the beard, the ball cap, and the mullet that he's sporting, and get back to the classy look of Vince Chase.
