Make-up how-to's for women of all colors
We always love reading about a new "how-to" when it comes to make-up -- one never knows when she's going to learn a swell new trick. However, many make-up tutorials on the web are geared toward women with fairly light skin and large eyes, not toward Asian or African American. That's not to say they're not out there -- they're just a bit less prevalent.Precious and Make up is a blog run by a make-up artist who gives some really detailed make-up advice, and she makes an effort to give tips to women of all races. She uses a mix of high-end and budget brands -- for example, today's post gives instructions doing a neutral smoky eye with a Rimmel eyeshadow palette. There's even info on getting great brows.
Do you have a go-to for your how-to's? Do tell in the comments!

Check-out the Lip Gloss and Laptops podcast. They did a show last week on women of colour (Episode 101). It's a great beauty podcast. They review products and are totally hilarious. They are just a couple of Canadian women. A must hear.
