This is the Drop Waisted Ruffle Dress and Tulle Petticoat from My Little Empire, a beautiful online shop of unique, handmade clothes by designer Katy Goy.This young Manchester lady makes pretty, funky clothes inspired by vintage looks for the modern girl. Her cat reportedly helps. We like that kind of whimsicality; it shows in her pieces.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing.

I would definitely pick a pair of brown flat leather gladiators with straps around the ankles...very now, very chic :)

I have a completely adorable pair of vintage lavender ankle boots--very high, delicate heel and pointed toe--that I found in a thrift store in SF's Mission District. They're perfect for this--the whole look would be very diaphanous and ethereal, but a little bit funky, too!

A pair of wedges I have. The wedge part is natural twine looking. with a crocheted piece over the toe and they tie around your ankle and up your leg. They would look cute with that outfit!
