Posh gives up "singing" for full-time fashion focus

This is a post

Posh Spice, never what you would call a classically trained vocalist anyway, is giving up singing so she can give all of her attention to her fashion line, dVb.

Oooh, this is a tricky one. Do we comment on her dubious singing abilities in the first place, mentioning the rumors that she was lip-synching on the Spice Girls' recent tour? Or is it more germane to bring up the recent dVb failure in the US, including the ignominy of getting outsold by trampy Heidi Montag?
We love us some Posh Spice, for her bravado and moxie, and we would totally put a Tivo Season pass on her reality show if the network geniuses realize how may-jah she can be. But not so much with the clothes. They look sort of okay on her, in a drag queen ironic way, but light colored flares with stars on the butt are tough for most gals to pull off.

It's delightful to have Posh in the States, with her secretly brilliant sense of humor and her "Shhh, don't talk, just look pretty" husband Becks. The kids seem like they're growing up ok, no under-10 rehab or anything. Perhaps she should just enjoy being a celebrity.

Conversely, she could do something really challenging, like go for a rematch with Paris Hilton, and launch a competing pet clothing collection. Perhaps in partnership with Karl Lagerfeld or Marc Jacobs. It would be a very bondage kind of doggie line, but heck, they already wear leashes. A mask on golden retriever or mini-handcuffs on a cockapoo isn't that much of a stretch for a visionary like Posh.

Now that's an episode of the Posh Show I want to watch!
