Meet Kira Plastinina: The fifteen-year-old Russian heiress taking over the fashion industry -- one adorable three-quarter length hoodie at a time.

As she told the LA Times a couple of weeks ago, "When I was really little, people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. First, I said a princess, then I said a fashion designer. I'm not grown up, but I am a fashion designer!"

Wow. When we were teenagers our only aspiration was getting into a good college. If only someone would have told us to dream bigger...and given us a father worth a billion dollars.

Anyways, Teri Agins caught with Kira at a recent store opening. In this clip, the designer looks lost and kind of scared. You know, like any other normal teenager planing to open 250 stores in America.
