You're in for a treat, dear readers. We have some major breaking news to report: Marc Jacobs' days of putting actresses in his ad campaigns seemed to be numbered. Hooray!

The designer recently told The Independent in an interview, "We're using models next season, we're not ready for Kevin & Britney yet."


While we applaud Marc for returning the job of fronting his campaign to professional mannequins, we were very fond of the group of cool celebrities he managed to wrangle in each season (M.I.A., Victoria Beckham, Dakota Fanning, etc).

But we should know better than to doubt Marc by now. Who could the chosen models be? It going to take a certain face, pout, and body to pull-off the designer's fuzzy headbands and pastel coats. This should be interesting.
