What's your go-to?

We all have days where we feel less than great about ourselves. We also all have days where we really need to look and feel our best. Unfortunately, sometimes those days coincide, which is a huge bummer.
When we have those days, we have a couple of go-to items. There's a particular dress in our closet that looks fabulous, even if we're feeling a little bloated. However, the thing that makes us feel really sexy is going for a run -- for some reason, working hard and getting sweaty always boosts our self-confidence.

My best guy friend and I go running, and I always feel good around him, even if I've got a giant zit or feel bloated.

Physical exercises like jogging, swimming and gym. are all a great way to build stamina and stay healthy. However it all comes from within- that burning desire to look slimmer. Start with positive mental attitude and a yes a smile. I used to be shy and reserved. Recently I started saying "hello" with a smile to all the joggers I pass in the park. The pleasant reaction from others are very gratifying.

My "go-to" is a great fitting pair of blue jeans. They just make me feel sexy because they make my ass look even hotter :).
