In between shooting an ad campaign for Stella McCartney with rock chick Frankie Ryder and losing her weave on the red carpet last week, Kate Moss managed to stealthily launch another fragrance.

It's apparently named Velvet Hour, but no other details have been made available about the new scent -- except for an image that power-house fashion photography duo Mert & Marcus lensed for the fragrances advertising campaign.

After staring at this photograph for a while, we began to realize that we'd seen this very same moody and predominately navy blue background once before -- the Cool Water ads.

"How could we not have seen it the first time around?" we thought aloud. Hopefully, Kate's new concoction will smell at least half as good as Cool Water's high school-friendly perfume. Really, was that mist not the most popular fragrance next to Abercrombie & Fitch's musky cologne in your teenage years?
