We love fashion-oriented television programming. Especially, when Bravo TV is playing host on its channel. The cable network has made devoted Project Runway fans out of us over the past few years. And while we cringe every time the thought of Rachel Zoe (yuck!) airing a reality show on Bravo this fall crosses our mind, we ultimately are kind of anticipating Zoe's TV debut because we know Bravo can make anyone's life look even mildly interesting.
Anyways, American design legend Tommy Hilfiger and pal George Lois will be airing a one-hour special about their new book, "Iconic America: A Roller-Coaster Ride Through Eye-Popping Panorama of American Pop Culture," on Bravo sometime this fall.
Cameras will follow Leonardo DiCaprio's ex-boo Bar Rafaeli and Rives, a poet featured on HBO's "Def Poetry Jam, as they travel across America making stops at some of the places documented in Hilfiger's and Lois' new book.
Question: Bar is from Israel. Could the two men not find any American models to hook-up with the "Columbia High School student prepping for prom with her friends" on this television journey? You know, since those mannequins probably did go to a real prom.
