First things first -- is it just me or does that model have the most perfect pixie-like ears you have ever seen?

Ok, good, now that we got that out of our system, let's talk straight jackets. So we know that the contraption the model is wearing isn't really a straight jacket, but it sure reminds us of one.



Imagine trying to move around in that thing! If the model starting talking with her hands she'd look like that episode of Scrubs in which JD goes to the movies and eats popcorn with his chest hands.

The coat is from Valentino's Fall-Winter 2009 Haute Couture collection that was just presented in Paris. The whole collection varies between flirty wearable ruffles, pretty florals and then crazy shapes (or if we're being fashionably correct, we'd say silhouettes) which could only be pulled off by the likes of Jennifer Connelly. These shapes/silhouettes are so out of this world they make the models look like they're straight out of a Dr. Seuss story.
