Pegleg NYC may sound like a nightclub for pirates, but it's geared towards a much smaller and somewhat sweeter set- although innocence is debatable. Pegleg NYC makes clothes for kids.

The nautical theme runs throughout the line and will make any toddler feel like the Judge Smails of the playground, asking if anyone wants a Fresca and explaining that the world needs ditch diggers, too.



The colors are bright and the designs are whimsical. The clothes are pure summertime, from the beach to the yacht club and all the sandboxes in between (not to mention golf courses).

We would love to tell you more about the company, but Pegleg NYC is one of the few sites that we've visited that doesn't say anything about themselves, either they're firm believers in the 'dead men tell no tales' thing or the 'about page' is buried 5 paces from customer service and six links to the right. We couldn't find it. Of course, we didn't have a map.
