The question that everybody has been trying to get answered since Hedi Slimane left Dior Homme may finally be answered, well, sort of.

While no plans have been set in stone, the designer maybe making his comeback to fashion sooner than expected. Apparently, he's just been regrouping from his stint over at LVMH. WWD reports: "I didn't want to deal with that for a while, but now [over the last] six months I'm considering options," Slimane said, adding that he has held talks with others about starting his own label. But the designer went no further in terms of details. "It's a secret," he laughed.

So until Hedi makes you skip a whole month's rent payment to purchase one of his immaculately tailored jackets, there's always his photography book to wax poetic with. The Rock Diary makes its debut in Japan and US this month.

It features pictures of the White Stripes and Franz Ferdinand, amongst others.
