Tip of the day: Rio grande
Filed under: Fashion, How to Wear

Just about every supermodel working today hails from Brazil in particular. Think about it – Gisele Bunchen, Adriana Lima, Ana Beatriz Barros, Fernanda Motta, Raica Oliveria, Jeisa Chiminazzo, Isabeli Fontana, Alessandra Ambrosio, Raquel Zimmerman, Aline Nakashima. Even if you don't recognize the name, Google it and you'll certainly know the face.
It must be something in the water that gives them makes them so desirable -- such gorgeous faces, lush hair, itty bitty waists, round booties and big busts. Or maybe it's just South America's big "what up" to plastic surgery.
No matter. The point is they are all stunning. Even if you don't look like you hail from the exotic banks of Rio de Janeiro, you can still capture the same exotic lifestyle as all of these lovely ladies.
• Brazilian state of mind: It's all about being happy, fit, and beautiful both inside and out.
• The body: Though most are blessed with their bodies, Brazilians aren't shy about plastic surgery. When you look good on the outside, you feel good on the inside too. It's not vain, just a fact of life.
• Stay fit: Sunshine and fresh air is where it's at. Keep active by playing on the beach during the day and dancing with friends by night.
• To diet: Eat and eat well. Lots of fresh foods straight from the earth and sea.
• Beauty: Long flowing hair that's air dried and healthy. Minimal makeup that's a triple threat – dab of gloss, swipe of mascara, a bronzed flush and go.
• Dress: Keep exotic influences in mind and accent with metallic embellishments. Think gold flip flops, bikinis, flowing dresses, and miniskirts.
Wow being super sexy might be easier than you think! Give it a try and soon you'll be in living on the Rio Grande, in your mind anyway.
