Number 10: Alison Arngrim

The ex-Little House on the Prairie star was an unexpected addition to Blackwell's black list. "Little Nellie of the Prairie," he stated. "Looks like a 1940's fashion editor for the Farmers Almanac."

Number 9: Lindsay Lohan

Blackwell trashed Lindsay Lohan's flashy outfits, like this rainbow Herve Leger bandage dress, which he said deemed her a "fashion frenzy" who "takes fashion to a new low."

Number 8: Jessica Simpson

Things don't seem to be going very well for the ex-newlywed, seen here in Roberto Cavalli. Her latest film, Blonde Ambition, went straight to video, her album tanked, and her look caused Blackwell to ask "in prom queen screams, can it get any worse? She's a global fashion curse!"

Number 7: Avril Lavigne

Avril Lavigne's punk rock style didn't get any props from Blackwell. "Gothic make-up courtesy of the mad spatula and fashions provided by ... the house of Dracula!"

Number 6: Eva Green

While the Casino Royale actress loves to wear haute couture, she can't pull it off, according to Blackwell. And while we love John Galliano's designs, this fuchsia, geisha-inspired Christian Dior couture gown should have stayed on the runway. "Fashion this loud could give Bond a migraine," Blackwell says.

Number 5: Kelly Clarkson

The American Idol winner could do no right fashion-wise according to Blackwell. "Her heavenly voice soars above the rest ... but those belly-baring bombs are hellish at best!"

The newly engaged Black Eyed Peas singer who loves to show off her abs was branded as "couture chaos" by Blackwell.

The pint sized actress is known for her eclectic sense of style -- like these towering Giambattista Valli "Victoria" shoes (named for Victoria Beckham) and volume dress -- but her quirkiness didn't win her any points with Blackwell. He called her "a tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane."

Number 2: Amy Winehouse

Having 14 Grammy nominations under her belt and being Karl Lagerfeld's new muse didn't help get the troubled singer off of Blackwell's list. He lashed out at her "exploding beehives" and "tacky polka dots."
