It's only August, and already we're seeing Hollywood's hottest stay just a little hotter with lightweight scarves, so now is the perfect time to pick up one of your own. However, unless you are exempt from budgetary concerns (and lucky you, if that's the case), we don't see this as an accessory you should splurge on. In most parts of the country, it'll only be useful for a short time -- by the time you really need a scarf, you need a warm one, right?

While we love a bright, funky scarf in the winter, we much prefer the neutral colors for this style -- save the cyclamen and blue for a thicker material.
