Doctors recommend cosmetic surgery for Hillary's political future
Filed under: Fashion, Beauty, Makeup, Steal the Style
Sure, having people drop hints that you should get some cosmetic work done is offensive -- but having them write an article about it, now that's just straight-up, top-notch journalism. That's why we couldn't pass up this juicy report in which Orange County's finest surgeons give Hillary Clinton some notes on what to do with her face. That's right, these MDs say they can tell that she's already had some work done -- but she didn't get much bang for her buck. These prominent face fixers each say they could help Hillary look her best with a couple tweaks here and there. For example, Dr. Vince Afsahi recommends a dermafiller and a little botox action:
"Fillers such as Juvederm for the laugh lines, lip lines, and cheek augmentation can be used. Botox is wonderful for the crow's feet, frown lines, and glabella [between the eyebrows]."
Others, like Dr. Payman Simoni say that surgery is the only way to fix signs of aging in front of today's high tech cameras. Honestly, we think that talking about what Hillary should do to her face is just a little too creepy. What do you think?

This is frigging hateful.
I'm no fan of Hillary Clinton, but how dare you, how DARE you, write an article like this. Telling someone they need cosmetic surgery is vile and disgusting. Those doctors and the writer of the article can burn in hell, after being stoned to death by outraged citizens. And Josh Loposer, you too can suck my d***. My guess is you are an ugly troll who needs more work done than Hillary ever will.

This is pathetic. Hillary Clinton isn't Hollywood - what I mean by that is that unlike actresses, models, etc. she doesn't use her body or her looks directly in her career. She's a politician, and if she has worry lines it's probably from important events like trying to save the reputation of our country over the last 8 years and fighting against sexism to try to secure the presidential nomination, not from trying to figure out which designer outfit to buy or which hot bar to hit tonight. The fact that our society can't just accept that and instead has to talk about how she could improve her face - and of course as a result improve her public image, since we're just that shallow - is pretty depressing. Where are the articles about Obama's ear correction surgery and McCain's Botox/facelift?

This is terrible! Let's set aside my personal feelings on how overly popular plastic surgery has become and look at the bigger picture. This is absolutely sexist. During the primary campaign, we had to hear about how Hillary was showing too much cleavage with one outfit but then in other cases, it was all about how she didn't appear feminine enough. Where does it end? Male politicians are not treated in the same way. This double standard is unacceptable.

Hillary Clinton is a powerful amazing woman and this is an awful topic. She has accomplished so much in her life and shes beautiful inside and out. So no she does not need plastic surgery. Plus she looks amazing for being 61 years old!!

I do not like Hilary Clinton, I do not like her half-truths nor her political perspective...BUT...this article is a huge part of what is wrong with America today showing quite clearly how we worry far too much about appearances than we do substance. Even though I don't care for her, she is not an unattractive woman for her age and no man or woman should feel an obligation to "update" their physical appearance in order to "sell" themselves for political positions. If that is the case, then we are ALL wrong as we are voting based on how the package looks rather than what is inside.
