Tara Reid's 'Mantra' - Designing bikinis with beads
Filed under: Fashion, Best of the Season

- Will she proactively prevent the nip-slip to save other girls from the embarrassment she faced?
- Will there be anything that's not shiny?
- Will there be a beer cozie included free with purchase?
Tara's new line is called Mantra, and debuted earlier this week at the Project show in Las Vegas. It includes tees, dresses, bikinis, and more -- all embellished with beads and charms and available in eight specific colors.
"It's about putting into the universe what you want in life," said Tara. "Red means love, pink is friendship, green is lucky, black is protection." And, in case the colors don't get your message across properly, the bikinis have phrases like "Catch Me If You Can" and "Single and Ready to Mingle" written across them. She hopes to sell her line, which ranges from about $65 to $180, at major department stores by the beginning of next year.
