A number of Hollywood's finest were joined by countless lesser-known beautiful people at the Venice Film Festival's presentation of Matt Tyrnauer's documentary, Valentino: The Last Emperor. It's only fitting that the glamorous would go the extra mile for a legend such as Valentino Garavani, and for the most part, we were not disappointed.

Elizabeth Hurley, Claire Danes, Charlize Theron, and many others showed up in style to hear Valentino's personal take on the film, such as the fact that his favorite parts of the film were, "... when I scream at Giancarlo (Giammetti)."

Vogue Italia and Vanity Fair Italia hosted a swank party at the Peggy Guggenheim Museum's terrace overlooking the Grand Canal following the film, giving the stars a chance to talk. Some chatted about the movie, like Hurley, who had a cameo in the film and said, "It's very true to life, and really great fun," and Natalia Vodianova, who asked, "Can you believe that after all these (48) years Valentino still doubts Giancarlo Giammetti at times?"

Others were more preoccupied with work, like Diane Kruger, who mentioned, "I just received a call from Quentin Tarantino, asking me to be in his next movie (Inglorious Bastards). I don't want to give too much away, but I'll play a German movie star."
