When it comes to ruffles that you wear someone needs to teach Anne Hathaway that bigger is not necessarily better. But, the look on her face tells us she already knows this. We're guessing some well meaning stylist wrangled her into this dress telling her something like, "The public might not be ready for our vision but you'll look amazing!"

And maybe Anne would have looked amazing in another color, but that beige is all wrong for her. It washes out her beautiful pale skin making her look a bit frumpy and old. She just blends right in with the fabric.

You might be thinking, well maybe it's a horrendous poofy train in the back, but the front is worth looking at -- and you would be wrong. Unfortunately, a rose by any other name smells just as sweet and this gown from any other angle looks just as ugly as it does from the rear.
