We're undecided on this one. Diane Kruger wore what looks like a typical LBD to the 65th Venice Film Festival: Jaeger Dinner -- that is until she turned around. On the sides and the back the dress is sheer, revealing her black panties.

On the plus side, those adorable shoes with bows on the heels are amazing and Joshua Jackson as an accessory on Diane's arm isn't so bad himself. Plus, black against Diane's blond hair and gorgeous skin looks great.

On the downside, between Britney, Paris and Lindsay we've seen enough panties flashes to last us a lifetime. Do we really want to see showing your under on purpose become a trend?
