Mary Janes and fall go together like peanut butter and jelly: It's a classic combination that makes us nostalgic for our elementary school days, when back-to-school shopping always included a pair of black (but non-patent!) Mary Janes and our mothers packed our lunchboxes with nary a thought about allergies or trans-fats. Those where the days!

Not that things have changed all that much - we still wear Mary Janes but now we buy them in any color and heel height we want! - and PB&Js still make for the best lunches. Plus ca change!
