Brooke Hogan is undoubtedly going through a rough time right now, what with her brother in jail, her parents' public divorce, and her mother going after a 19-year-old. But, we thought maybe, just maybe, she would try extra hard to come across as a classy young lady at the MTV VMAs. You know, to prove she's above it all. But, alas, no.
Brooke's fashion philosophy seems to be based on the premise that we won't know she has a rockin' body unless her clothes are skintight or skimpy. Or, like this dress, both.
