Knee high pantyhose -- not just for your grandma anymore

We love trends that are easy to rock on any body type. This fall knee high pantyhose with short skirts or shorts have been making their way down the runway. You don't have to look like a supermodel to try this -- but you do need a certain amount of fashion savvy in order to not end up looking like a grandma!

One good trick to keep in mind is that if you match the color of your hose to your shoes, this will extend the length of your leg. Otherwise knee highs can cut you off and make you look stubby -- unless, of course, you're just naturally blessed with amazingly long and thin legs.

Feel free to use knee high socks or panty hose with patterns such as stripes to add a little energy to an outfit. For beginner accessorizers, we recommend keeping the rest of the outfit simple if you're going to go with bright patterns -- too much insane color and design and you could end up looking like a clown. Then again, the models in the Miss Sixty show mixted stripes with plaids with checkered and it didn't look so bad.
