Okay, so the Halloween mega-store, Ricky's NYC, isn't exactly saying that the costumes are based on these celebrities, but it doesn't take a scientist to figure it out. For example, with her stars and stripes bikini, rimless glasses, and brunette bun -- it's clear that the "Miss Alaska" costume is meant to be vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. Ditto for the jet black beehive and ultra short dress of "Rehab Queen" costume, which is obviously singer, Amy Winehouse.

While we are at it, is there any doubt that the " Client Number 9" ensemble, complete with an Emperors club jumpsuit, is fallen NY State Governor, Elliot Spitzer?
