A long time ago (1993) in a galaxy far, far away... New York perhaps, a young Jedi designer armed with his lightsaber can of spray paint founded a clothing company in his own name, Mark Ecko. He had a couple of partners, but judging by the lack of their name on the company logo we can only assume they proved to be Sith.


Over the years the Mark Ecko brand has put out some very popular items. They've been very successful. However, despite their popularity and success they haven't ever produced anything that spoke to us like this new Star Wars Collection. Maybe it's the ghosts of Jedi's past or a new hope of things to come, we don't know. All we know is sweet when we see it, and this collection is sweet.

The Star Wars Collection capitalizes on the hot trend that is geek chic. Star Wars being huge for 30ish years is a trend, right? The collection consists of hoodies and t-shirts, most of which we appreciate but wouldn't necessarily wear. The Boba Fett hoodie? We would wear it daily, sleep in it, trick or treat in it and have it laid across our lap during bingo night at the old folk's home. It's that awesome.
