We recently caught up with Laura of Ampersand Designs. For the past few years, Laura and her bestie Michelle have been making exciting jewelry that is meant to be exclusive and never, ever boring. The twosome's company is so cool in fact, that they don't put themselves above their customers but rather offer a custom design feature so that anyone can be a part of Ampersand.

A totally unique piece of jewelry that you can even get in on designing? You're probably thinking that it's too expensive to even look into. But you would be wrong. Ampersand's price range is a mere $25 - $75. Amazing!

Our favorite piece is the company's beautiful best selling, "Fairest of them All" necklace. The piece has been featured in the National Examiner and JewelryandBeading.com for good reason. Part of the duos signature collection, the necklace certainly has the Ampersand flare. It is a bold piece yet so delicate that you feel like an empowered princess once you put it on.
