It is also known as indecent exposure, this is not about fashion it is about exposing your body or underwear in public and although I agree we should not need a law for something so obvious I don't want to see this in public. Where is the respect, where is the common decency? How much low life criminal activity is acceptable? How about a President that supports morals? This law is just a facet of an already existing law for indecent exposure and I for one agree with it. Keep you pants on in public. What you do indoors is your business.

It will appear to most that Obama is doing a good job, but that won't be because he is doing a good job. The newly elected (if you call 2006 "new") Democratic Congress and Senate all but assured that Obama has nowhere to go but up by burying their heads in the sand since taking control of both houses in 2007.
It is absolutely frightening the way Democrats (and Obama) have blamed everything from the economy to gas prices to the MRSA epidemic on a lame duck President Bush, yet did not ONCE call upon the Democratically controlled Congress and Senate to step in to stop the bleeding.
These people were elected during the Midterm Elections in 2006, took office in January of 2007, and disappeared until Obama was elected. How quickly Democrats forgot all of the campaign promises these candidates made over 2 years ago to get elected.
Once elected, they allowed Americans to suffer, lose their jobs, their homes, and some their very lives just to ensure the country was in as bad a shape as possible come November 4th.
People CANNOT blame the country's woes on President Bush without calling to the mat the people they elected to the House of Representatives in 2006 and asking them why they allowed it to continue for 2 more years without making a move.
However, Americans are, for the most part, politically apathetic and politically ignorant with no concept of how our government really works and with whom the power truly lies.......it's a sad commentary on Americans as a whole.
I pray to God this man does a good job, even though I'm a republican....because unlike the Democrats in the House of Representatives, my love is for the people of this country and not for the power that comes with an elected office.

I think the sagging pants will phase out over time if we just let it. Have you ever gone into a detention class in our schools? I have and 99% of the kids in those classes had piercings, and baggy pants. Someone that does not respect themselves have no respect for others or the rules of society. Go to your local court and see how people dress and tell me that it doesn't have something to do with our crime rate. I lived and worked in IL and trust me lots of saggy pants and lots of crime check out the statistics online for yourself as opposed to areas who don't have saggy pants. Amaze yourselfs I dare you.

If focusing the majority of our military on Iraq because of evidence of WMD's while Bin Laden is still out there is sensible, then I must have a misguided understanding of the definition.
