Christy Turlington: Contributing Editor of Marie Claire

It's official: the only way to push products in the fashion industry is with the help of a 90s supermodel.

Not only have they scooped up practically all of the coveted spring '09 fashion campaigns, but they are also making waves on the other side of the camera as well. Stephanie Seymour was given the title of "editor-at-large" over at the recently revamped Interview magazine and, now, the other George Michael Freedom video star, Christy Turlington, is rolling up her sleeves and working as a contributing editor over at Marie Claire.

Turlington will collaborate with the magazine's writers on a regular column on topics such as politics, mothers around the world and her global travels for humanitarian causes. Expect something about yoga to pop up in the models column as well. Turlington's column debuts in Marie Claire starting with the mag's December issue.
