Now that we have permission to eat chocolate for our health, at least between now and December 31st, we decided to make chocolate our decorating theme for the holidays. Bowls of bon bons on every available surface! And since they come in such pretty wrappers, Ferrero Rocher seems like the obvious choice for holiday house chocolate.

We've been fans of the yummy deliciousness of Ferrero Rocher candy for ages. From the classic crunchy hazlenut to the dark chocolate decadence of the Rondnoir we can polish off a box in less time than it takes to Tivo through an episode of 30 Rock.

As if we needed another reason to love them, Ferrero is partnering with Share Our Strength, a hunger-relief organization that focuses on children.

Ferrero donated $150,000 to Share Our Strength. Plus they set up a couple of participation programs, where they will donate $1 for every ecard sent (for free) through their "Share Something Sweet" site, and another dollar for everyone who joins their Facebook page "Ferrero Lovers Unite".

Now that's a sweet that you can enjoy, even if you're on a diet!
