Riding Pants: How to Wear the Equestrian-Inspired Trend
Filed under: Clothing, Fashion, Best of the Season
We love the figure-flattering look of riding pants, and for the last few seasons, the style has returned in a major way. But if you don't spend your days in the stables with Seabiscuit, not to worry. Designers have offered up a modern interpretation of the look that won't make you look like a Kentucky Derby reject. We recently mentioned a standout pair by CRHEE, and found a few more that expertly capture this trend. But before you purchase one of our picks, keep these tips in mind:
-Do pair riding pants with one or all of the following: platform pumps, a casual, V-neck tee, chunky gold jewelry and a skinny, black blazer. The items give a traditional piece an unexpectedly current sex appeal.
-Don't go overboard and wear riding boots, a navy blazer, and carry a riding crop. This isn't Halloween!
-Do look for a legging-inspired pair that's stretchy, but with a heavy enough fabric to suck in any jiggle.

Your advice is valuable. Women need to know how to wear the pants and what goes great with them.

Those pants are hard to wear.. You can't have any bulges or flab and rock them! I eat a product called fitflax which has made my skin glow and helped me to finally lose that last 5 pounds that prevented me previously from my skinny jeans. The site is http://www.fitflax.com and I had read about this product as a product of the year in O mag. I found a code that is good till the end of the month for 10% off It is ff10
