In middle school, Moschino Cheap & Chic seemed to promise an affordable alternative to regular, not-so-cheap Moschino from the pages of its quirky magazine ads. Youth! Oversized heart prints! Miniskirts!

Alas, we soon figured out that the label's prices were much closer to its parent company's (read: hardly cheap) than we first expected. But we still like the sense of humor of the brand's ill-fitting name, even if it makes for a slightly cruel joke.

This bracelet is no exception. No, it's not gold. Yes, it is $228. But we'll be happy to wait for a sale to wear this tongue-in-cheek message on our wrist.
