Mischa Barton and glamorous - two words that usually do not fit in the same sentence. Although we applaud her unique style, she has made the fashion faux pas list more times than we can count! However, if she keeps this crap up, we might actually have to *gasp* move her onto our best dressed list.

Mischa's flirty, floral Matthew Williams gown and long curled locks were a very feminine contrast to her free-spirited bangles and maxi length which she wore to the opening of the Palm Resort in Dubai. Being a stylish hippy is possible! Definitely an A+ for MB.
