Each year one of the neighbors takes their turn to hold the annual potluck. It's a can't miss event because it's one of the few times you get to catch up with the people you live so close to but really don't know much about. In front of your entire neighborhood, your best bet is to look polished but totally approachable. A neutral outfit, that is crisp and clean, with just a hint of shimmer and a pop of color will do the trick.
