Liskula Cohen is far more famous for her forays into scandal than for being well-known in the modeling industry. At 36, she's been working for years but you best know her from 2008 when a doorman hit her in the face with a bottle of vodka. Now Liskula is making headlines by deciding to sue Google.

A website published defamatory comments against her, with statements like, "Desperation seeps from her soul, if she even has one."

Cohen is understandably upset by this and has decided to take matters into her own hands. She filed a defamation suit against Google asking them to release the identity of the person who published the content on Blogger.

New York courts, in general, have not been kind to others trying to do the same, but Liskula's lawyer thinks they'll be able to make headway. He says, "We think we have a case. This is libelous, it's defamatory and you shouldn't just get away with this."
