Do we really need to explain why Jael Strauss has been issued this StyleFoul?
Oh, fine. For those unfamiliar with Ms. Strauss, here are the relevant details:

• She was on Cycle 8 of America's Next Model
• At party where the girls where supposed to impress Tyra's manager, Benny Medina, Jael was so annoying that 50 Cent pushed her in the pool to shut her up
• At the same party, Nicole Richie told Jael that Renee (another contestant) hated her
• she is now the face of "Hitch Couture" which was originally a trailer that drove around to parties and sold independent designer clothes. So very ... Burning Man.

Obvs she's a girl with a lot of class and poise. As you can see from this lovely shot of her...garter belt. So while we must commend her for wearing those flesh colored panties, the fact that we can see them means: StyleFoul!
